Actually, the initial evidence is a very plain point. I know that it is a debated point, however it is very plain that in Scripture one does not receive the Holy Ghost without speaking in other tongues. Too much evidence points to it. This can be debated, however the truth remains the same.

I have also seen that it is a very short step from denying the essential evidence to denying tongues all together. (I did not say that RW is doing so in any fashion.)
