What current (smart) phone is everyone using here?
If your not happy with your current one, which one would you like to get?
If you had to get rid of your PC or Mac would your phone be a suitable replacement?
I know there are at least some who will say yes to this, which boggles my mind because personally, not only is my phone NOT a replacement for my laptop, my laptop is not even a replacement for my desktop (where you still get by far the best bang for the buck in terms of sheer computing power and screen size).
No, does not replace a computer, but certainly allows reasonable access to the web ect.
For me it did replace my laptop primarily due to the potability question.- rarely use a laptop now. Does not begin to replace desktops. Not that great for creating documents.

I am a firm believer in the Old Paths

Currently, BlackBerry, but soon switching to iPhone.

I actually see the need for all three devices, a smartphone, a laptop, and a desktop. I have an iPad which work gave me, and I NEVER use it. It is too big to fit in my pocket yet to small to replace the laptop.
used to have a Blackberry Pearl, had the multiple letter to one button keyboard on it that Blakberry no longer makes. Best phone I ever had. When they quick making it, went to the iPhone 4. I do love it.... great phone.
My laptop died, will replace one day, need it for study. Don't need a desktop. My laptop had a docking station, so it served as a desktop when needed.
Right now, not even missing having a computer at all, all the internet needs I have I can get done on my iPhone. I just hand write and type up my teaching notes at work on my lunch break.
