Michael, I agree, wholeheartedly, with that scripture, but many more. This is such a huge subject.

One thing I’ve found in my studies, that the Church has missed, is,...

The man of sin, Antichrist, Beast, does not have to be revealed to the Church, (those that understand–Dan 12) When they and their brothers start being persecuted, they will recognize, not only the Beast but the Harlot (One World Religion) riding on his back. He will bring her into power.

Satan is still the ‘prince and power of the air” of this world, and will give the Beast his power and wisdom, of the cunning ways to win over the world. After he destroys all that come against him, he will promise “peace and safety” prosperity to all that will take his MARK. And the Denominations that have not already signed up with the One World Religion, will think the Beast is the greatest mind since George Washington, Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson put together, and will fall right in line with the Beast. I see the COMPROMISE, already happening.

All of this will come about by the strength of the Media, and the desire of the Church for pleasure more than the SEARCH FOR REAL TRUTH. And the blind will lead the blind right into the ditch of destruction.

1 Thessalonians 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

(They, them,—is the World, sinners as well as worldly Christians that won’t give up their peace, safety, and prosperity, to endure the wrath of the Beast as well as blinded Christians that think that they are doing God’s will, (BECAUSE GOD HAS TURNED THEM OVER TO THE STRONG DELUSION) to turn those True Christians in, that will not fall in line with the rest of the world.)

4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

YE—those that understand the times, led by the Spirit of God—ARE NOT IN DARKNESS. They won't know "the day or the hour" but they will know what is going on, and that, then, at that time, it will be close. (Nowhere in the Bible does it tell us how long the Triblation lasts.)
YE----that have your eyes open, will know, will be watching, puttinf on the breastplate of faith and love, (it sure will be hard to love our enemies) and keep the helmet of salvation on our heads, for protection.

Verse 9, has thrown many for a loop. Many have been taught for years that we won’t have to go thru Tribulation, because, “God hath not appointed us to wrath.” Not realizing that Tribulation is not the Wrath Of God. But the Wrath of False Religion, and The Beast.

There have been many ‘fallings away” but this it “The Great Falling Away) and the world, as well as Christianity does not realize that they are being prepped, lured to sleep, by greed, pleasure and compromise of the Truth.

God people are not to swallow what is handed them by any preacher, not even their Pastor, but to “search the scriptures to see if these things be so.” I find that very few Christians study their Bibles, except the few scriptures that their Pastor, feeds them.

So why are we going to have to go thru the Tribulation?

2 Thessalonians 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

The “strong delusion” in those that have once known the Truth, starts with compromising the Truth of Salvation. And don’t get that mixed up with compromising man-made laws, such as outward appearance of holiness. Some of those laws should be done away with, so the especially women can find the true, holiness of the heart.

This is getting too long, but is only the foundation, of why the Bible teaches, that the Church will go thru the Triblation.

Why will the world, (and those Christians full of the spirit of the world) love the Beast.

Revelation 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

Notice who they are worshiping. The Dragon, (DEVIL) along with the BEAST. Why? Because he has put down all of his enemies, and has promised the world, “Peace and safety” And has changed laws, and caused “craft to prosper” The same man in the Old Testament.

Daniel 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.

Who gives him his power? The Devil—Remember, as Lucifer, he was full of wisdom. When he lost his high estate, he didn’t lose his wisdom. He corrupted his wisdom thru jealousy and greed and rebellion. ) And since Satan gives the iBeast of the last days, his seat and power, Satan will be his teacher. And who are the holy people? Those that know and practice the Truth.

25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

By “PEACE”—smooth talking, promising “Peace and Safety”

Many have been taught for years, that the Beast/Antichrist, will come posing as Christ, trying to deceive the Christians,into believing that he is Christ. That is a false teaching. He will hate Christ, and speak against Him, claiming the he (the beast) is the only God.

And it is surprising of how the MEDIA can deceive people. They can demonize anyone or they can puff them up. If you don’t think so, look at Obama. When I went to vote the last election, I told my son, I wasn’t worried that Obama would get the vote, because the American people were smarter than that. Oh Brother, I was so wrong. That’s just a small example. (And I don’t think Obama is the Beast—he is just another pawn, a cog in the wheel.)

dd, I hope that isn't true. However, the Muslims will join with the OWR, as we see the Pope courting them now. As Pope John did in the 60's, with the Ecumenical Council, telling the Protestants, that all that were baptized in the Trinity, is the Daughters of the Catholic Church, and would not have to be baptized over.
And we see that many mainstream Denominations have already joined the United Religions Organization.

And it isn’t surprising, as most Christian Denominations, still have not came out of the Catholic Paganism, of the Trinity Baptism, the Pagan Holidays, the hierarchy of the Denominations of Clergy and Laity, and the many symbols of Paganism in Christianity.

That is why God says,...

Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Stop and think, who is God talking to? It certainly isn’t the Jews. And it is talking about the last days, the end time. God is talking to the Church, that is still clinging onto Paganism
