The constitution (amendment) came long before 1930, and it did not specify the "line". Period. Discussing changing the line is not attacking the constitution. And saying there is zero room for debate (period!) is, well, a bit obtuse!

Let me say it again.

we live with the SCOTUS ruling from the 1930s. There is NO ROOM for moving that line.

any such attempt is an attack on freedom and I certainly will not stand by and see such a thing happen. NO STINKING ROOM AT ALL.
