I had the dvd of his outing. He talked in tongues. Sounded like a lot of you. People were slain in the spirit" when he touched them. Funny, he was a complete fraud and they would fall out.

True. But to his credit, he had the act of a Pentecostal evangelist down pat. He was a fake and a phony, but at least he had enough dignity to out himself, sad that people don't have enough discernment (and they still don't as evidenced by every modern Pentecostal/charismatic conference and the phony junk that goes on). I watched that whole documentary, one of the funniest parts was when Marjoe is having dinner with a pastor and his wife, and they talk about leaving for Brazil and leaving the church in Marjoe's care. Talking about how he always blesses their people, and how so many preachers are phonies, and how that the people can pick out a phony "they'll listen to him a time or two, but they'll know, people aren't stupid". Oh the irony. But on the flipside, not everything Marjoe preached was theologically wrong, even if he didn't believe it himself. I started a thread on here about the power of Jesus to save, and I'm reminded of the scene in the documentary where he says "can Jesus deliver an alcoholic" and he has the church say "yes He can" and he asks "Can Jesus deliver a homosexual?" and the church says "yes He can". Actually those things are 100% accurate, even though the preacher was a fraud. God can work in various ways, even through non Christian posers. Look at the way God uses the phoniness of the Seven sons of Sceva in Acts 19, and brought revival to Ephesus. God's power isn't limited by man's unbelief, mockery, irreverence, or covetousness. He is still able to save and at the same time righteously deal with the phony preacher.
Now back to this thread, and tie worship. I wonder what that bandanas there were selling during one of the revivals in the documentary were fetching back then, and perhaps Marjoe should autograph one and lets get that baby in the tie auction. After all, it for a good cause, right?

:15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;
:16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise

.
Granted, the money changers were selling for their own business.
But, today, aren't the churches ran like a business?

The current bid is $55 but you can own it today for the low price of $500! Seriously, $500 is a bargain for that level of anointing.
Here is a link to an anointed tie worn by none other than Home Missions Director, Carlton Coon! This tie is authenticated 100% anointed by Elder Coon's signature.

This next tie comes to us from none other than highly anointed former AFF owner and founder, Doug White. Doug is really behind this sale and went through a lot to make this tie available. He's gone all out and tied the tie himself! This gives life to the old saying "See my tie, I tie my tie!"

Th Jacksonville Church seems to really be onto something.
What's next, magic underwear?

Several years ago a preacher advertised on the radio, (XERF, Ciaduad Acuna, Coaqullia,(spelling ?) Mexico), the announcer was Paul Kellinger, "your good neighbor along the way!") signed photos of the Lord Jesus Christ. What he didn't say was who was signing them!
