Well, what I was always told was that Luke was a physician and he didn't stop being one after he became a Christian.
Yeah, but where is it told in the bible for anyone to go to Luke other than to God, or even go to Luke if God doesn't answer in a certain amount of time.

Yes, I do believe in divine healing, for when the doctors gave up on my daughter, I turned to the Lord for healing and he did healed my daughter.
Abraham was directly told by God to do something, as a test.
nowhere else has God told anyone else to do the same thing.
There is no need to let children die, when there are doctors and medicine available.
