We have seen many examples where God not only made provision in both the Old Testament and the New Testament to use women in the ministry as prophets or preachers, but He also did use them in a very eminent manner to His glory and to the salvation of souls. Consistency demands that all scriptures be interpreted in such a way that this fact be recognized.

Many contradictions I’ve observed in those that do not believe in women preachers....she can sing, testify, prophecy, speak out, teach SS, teach vacation Bible school, teach a song, make vocal sounds.....etc
yet she cannot call herself a preacher or a prophetess....most say, yes I believe in prophetess but not in women preachers....see how many Bible prophetess they have in their church....
Inconsistency coupled with inflexibility produces many problems....

In the Old Testament the prophet Joel (2:28) said that after God poured out His Spirit upon all flesh that “…your sons and daughters shall prophesy.” The Hebrew word for “prophesy” is “naba`” which means to speak or sing under divine inspiration.
In Acts 2:17 Peter echoed those same words. The Greek word for “prophesy,” is “propheteuo” which means, “to foretell events, to make known one’s thoughts, to speak under divine inspiration, use a prophetic office or inspired preaching!” The old men did not immediately dream dreams on the day of Pentecost but it was speaking of future happenings. So this was the same in the prophesying of sons and daughters. That was yet to come.
The word “prophecy” is a noteworthy noun that means, “inspired declaration of God’s will and purpose.” Prophecy in the verb tense means “to proclaim by inspiration the Word of God.” Both means preaching and declaring God’s Word with inspiration. Tracing this word a little further we learn that part of the word means “luminousness” or like shining a light. The prefix “pro” of the Greek word “propheteuo” means “in front of.”
We can apply this word’s meaning to one that is divinely inspired to speak in front of others as to shine light on the Scriptures. Women of God have the same responsibility as the men to shine light on the Scriptures, as the Lord should lead. While the duty of sharing the light is to all let me reiterate I am not speaking of a women getting out of her place, I think I made this clear at the beginning of the book. The promise is to all believers, Acts 2:39. And in Acts 2:15-18, both men and women was given power to prophesy. ( Acts 2:18 “And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy.”)
Many Christian women have a place that God has given them in both the ministry and in gifts of His Spirit. If we do not accept this reality, we can make the Word of God of no effect ( Mark 7:13). “For the Pharisees and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders,” Mark 7:3.

Peter the Apostle said in his first letter 2:9, “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood…” Revelation 1:5-6 says that Jesus loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, and made us kings and priests unto God. Now, how can I be a king or priest if I’m a woman? Perhaps it is the same way a man can be part of the bride of Christ.
It wasn’t until later that Tertullian a well-known Ante-Nicene Father of the Third Century said that no woman has the right to speak in the church, teach or baptize or anything that pertains to the function of a man or a place in the ministry. He started putting labels on what was deemed as a “manly function” or what a person’s place was in ministry. Perhaps this is what he needed to do because of the upcoming priest and nun separation groups of the Roman Catholic Church. We are no part of that heresy. Remember it was the so called church councils that took women from the pulpits...

Hmmm, apparently every-single one of these professional linguists missed something you see (from yet another copy-paste job). None of them (independent of one another) have adopted the translation you say they should have (for the syntactical reasons I've posted repeatedly in this thread):

Guess you see something they alllllllllllllllllllll overlooked?
A genitive singular noun does not demand "possession" (if that's what you're thinking?) & when it does the noun (in this case "man") is generally translated into English with a prepositional phrase starting with the word "of" - none of which is the "case" in I Timothy 2.12. Exactly, & it is this very order of creation & headship that Paul uses as his basis of appeal in forbidding women to preach/teach men...Precisely the point I've been miking all along.

Here's why:
"Gune and aner are words which mean 'adult female' and 'adult male' in their unmarked meanings. Only if there are sufficient contextual clues that husband and wife are in view do the words mean 'wife' and 'husband.' The definite article or 'idios' (one's own) or a possessive pronoun is required to show that husband and wife are in the text. None of these things occur in 1 Tim 2. The article occurs in 1 Cor 11, but only because it is syntactically required by the construction. Both passages are clearly talking about the Christian community in worship, which would of course involve single adults and married couples. Take a look at other passages that are clearly speaking about husband and wife--e.g., Eph 5, 1 Peter 3--and you'll see that they use these signals to note that husband and wife are in view."
BTW - This is the leading Greek authority on the entire planet. Dr. Daniel Wallace. Let me guess, we'll just ignore this again & keep on with the copy-paste jobs - right?

From all indications, this passage is, by context, grammar, exegesis, syntax & the most normal reading clearly forbidding women from "teaching/preaching" to men in the church .

Respectfully, this is completely wrong. The Greek noun in I Timothy 2.12 is γυναικὶ. Here is the actual definition: http://biblehub.com/greek/1135.htm. As you will clearly see, the normal definition of this noun is simply "woman" & most often translated as such (approximately 130 times).
As leading translator Dr. Wallace said, "only if there are sufficient markers identifying a wife can this noun mean 'wife.' None of this is going on in I Timothy 2."
