This reminds me of the time my mother typed out all the curse words from a book the school was having the children read and do a report on.
She stood in front of the School Board and started reading the list of curse words. They said, "Mrs. *******, You can't say those words here!"
She responded, "Why not? You are forcing the school children to read it."
Way to go, MOM!
Thats what I would have done here. I would have spent my 2 minutes reading the offending sex scenes to the schoolboard. I would have had additional individuals ready to take their 2 minutes to continue that and go as long as possible to get the point accross....
He gave the School board grounds to dismiss his concerns by behaving outside the established rules. I agree with him 100% but method is as important as message.

Wow, arrested for breaking the two minute rule... I've had conference calls at work with more threatening behavior... I don't see anything appalling about the man's behavior, if anything, he was cooperating perfectly with the police officer throughout the entire process. Hopefully he pulls his kids out of that school and finds somewhere else for them to go.

I didn't think the guy was all that over the top with his actions. However, being an attorney, it seemed he would have had a better plan.
Obviously, my mother had a better plan. When it was her turn to speak, she just stood up and started cursing like a boss! J/K!
Maybe he is getting exactly what he wanted. National attention...
I would wonder who the film guy was. It looks like he anticipated a dust up. So, you might be right. It could have been preplanned. Maybe not so much for himself, but what the school was doing. Maybe they thought they needed to bring that to national attention and found a way to do it.
