Why do you think it be your job to monitor or attempt to silence those that call out yours or any religion that in who's name there are throat slittings and burnings of live humans. How about changing those within your religion to conform to civilized behavior and come out of the 12th century. Christianity has not been perfect, but it has progressed.

Yes. I believe that in the 7th and 8th century it was religiously and historically acceptable for a 53 year old man to arrange a marriage with a 6 year old girl and consummate that marriage when she was nine.

At the time this was the position of the church (the only church) 400 years AFTER this horrible sin:

In the 12th century, the jurist Gratian, an influential founder of Canon law in medieval Europe, accepted the age of puberty for marriage to be between 12 and 14, but acknowledged consent to be meaningful if the children were older than 7.

There were authorities with a claim that consent could take place earlier. Marriage would then be valid as long as neither of the two parties annulled the marital agreement before reaching puberty, or if they had already consummated the marriage. It should be noted that Judges honored marriages based on mutual consent at ages younger than 7, in spite of what Gratian had said; there are recorded marriages of 2 and 3 year olds

Were you going to dig through history and find that elusive verse or teaching that declares otherwise? The bible is silent on this.

Here we have Walks in "whatever" ignoring what I put together using the OT verses. In Ezekiel it points out that she had to be grown, with fully formed breasts, this speaking of God and His bride Israel. Which isn't the case with a six year old or a nine year old which aren't fully formed. The originator of the religion of Islam takes a child of nine years old who was still playing with dolls. He does this not in a marriage ceremony because no camel or lamb was killed in her (the bride's) honor. We don't care what Walks dig up from Medieval Christianity, due to it being as made up as Islam. Ezekiel speaks of God's bride, she is matured, and fully formed, before He marries her. Unlike Mohammed with a nine year child who was playing with dolls.
