i have nothing but respect for the Gospel, which has nothing to do with condemnation of others. The simple truth is that you cannot face that Muslims have hearts also, and are judged by God the same way you are, and not in the way your religion has told you that they will be. You think you understand the Gospel, but you demonstrate that you don't, even as you screech "the blood of Jesus."

But you are forgiven, and you can stop being a hypocrite any time you like. Oh, that's right--you have signed some satanic pledge, and even pay monetary dues to keep some license to heaven active, am i correct?
good night to you both

shame you weren't so quick to answer when it mattered. The saying is true, and it applies to you. Am i your enemy because i have told you that God does not ask you for directions on how to judge people? You think all Muslims are lost because you have to think that, otherwise you might not be saved. Duh. And of course i don't expect to change your mind here, either--but you cannot now say that you weren't warned, may times, that you were proceeding in error, with Scripture to back it up. So goodbye.

It's not whether someone agrees with me. It not about my beliefs no matter how much you say it is. I don't want people to agree with me. I want them to agree with the bible. And I tell my congregation to not believe me lest they see it as well in the word.

Attack me all you like. I don't serve me

You're not my enemy. Your belief is the problem. Crossless.

Jesus said people are condemned already and as he shone the light men either ran from it or ran to it. There is a genuine situation where a person merely speaks truth while those who disagree were already condemned, and not by the one speaking truth.

How can people dislike the cross so much as to despise and malign the one who shares it?

Re: Love One Another and the Cross

Once again, Shazeep has appointed himself the sole arbiter and interpreter of the Word of God. He "sits in Moses' seat", although we have no command to do whatsoever he bids us.

Shaz, it's real simple - the BIBLE says one must submit to the teachings of the apostles, for they are the correct presentation of the gospel. If it weren't for the apostles nobody would even know about Jesus whatsoever. So either a person agrees with the apostles, or they don't.

You don't. We know this, because you consistently reject whatever the apostles themselves say. Instead, you substitute this mythical religion of Shazeepism, where only the people YOU approve of are 'saved' and the rest of us are lost. Anyone who says 'Hey look, the Bible says ABC and yet you say XYZ in opposition to what it says' is condemned by you as being lost, satanic, of the devil, blah blah blah. You believe whatever you want to believe, whatever makes you feel better, and anyone who disagrees with you is of the devil.

lol

You are a one man cult.

Re: Love One Another and the Cross

If I may be allowed to chime in here. With nearly 2 billion adherents, Islam is the most successful deterrent to heaven and salvation ever concocted by the devil. Thank God for his majestic, holy word...the scriptures. Only my Lord can judge people...but he did instruct us to be fruit inspectors. Based upon the scriptures, all muslims are as lost as a ball in high weeds. Based upon the scriptures, the salvation of God is available to all who will obey the apostles doctrine, as found in the new covenant. Who God gives a pass to, and who he doesn't give a pass to, is none of my business. But the Koran is so far below the Word of God, it should be obvious to all but the blinded, that it is the biggest scam in the history of the earth. As Elder Blume says, my thoughts anyway.

Re: Love One Another and the Cross

ok, fine with me. Wrap that around yourself like a warm blanket as you march into hell, crying "Lord, Lord," and ignoring all the parts of the Bible that verify what i say. Just cut those parts off, like Mike does. It isn't my church that is mired in pride and vanity, dropping like a millstone.

So sorry that the truths of the holy scriptures offend you, but your issue is neither with me or Mike...but what thus saith the Word of the Lord. And frankly, if that offends you, then you have judged yourself. As for those other parts of the bible; Jesus said that except we hate our mother, father, wife and children, we are not worthy of him. Perhaps we should start a new sect, calling it "Haters for Jesus". We could line the sanctuary walls with pictures of family, and throw darts at them when the Spirit moves.

Re: Love One Another and the Cross

shaz - I believe I have asked you this, before and never received an answer, but here goes again.

Why was it necessary for Jesus to be crucified?

From all I see that you write (and believe me I do not read everything), you seem to believe that it was not necessary.
