MFBlume.

You promised to answer my questions. Are you a man of your word?

I will await your answers.

And please don't dance around the questions. A simple yes or no will suffice.

1)You're behind a pulpit preaching about Israel's exodus, and how they saw God's miraculous power, and how they constantly deviated to serving idols and doubting god.
2)You then tell you're congregation that you didn't understand why Israel would revert to idols and doubting
3)You then say that after God manifested himself to you, you wouldn't be like the Israelites turning from God after you've seen God work in your life.

My Questions to you:

1) Are you degrading the Israelites?
No because I was not offended by them as you were obviously offended by the people you mention in your post.

Quote:
2) Are you being arrogant?
3) Are you comparing yourself to the Israelites?
4) Are you superior to the Israelites because you compared yourself to them?
5) Are you arrogant and/or superior because because you wouldn't act like the Israelites?
6) Are you arrogant for delivering a word from God and telling the people not be like the Israelites?
7) If your congregation erected an idol and began to worship it, would you be disappointed at your congregation for emulating the Israelites after you delivered your sermon on of the Israelites?

I'm curious to know your answers.
Every answer will be the same as the first. The reason I would mention Israel and exodus was not out of offence like it was with you and the people you refer to. You were personally offended by them and are reacting that way. Preaching a message about a people who did not personally offend me and cause me to use this "diary" as a means of lashing out at them is not related to what you did.

If you were truly not offended, you would not have as much as mentioned them. That does not mean you saw what they did and did not think it was wrong. When we truly are humble and see what others have done wrong and desire to not be like that, true humility will not have to mention that. the only reason WE HAVE TO mention what we saw in others and refer to them when we mention it is because they offended us we became personally bitter.

If you cannot see the difference between not mentioning them and mentioning them due to bitterness, you are avoiding the obvious.

BW, you came here in the first place to open your wounds on us.
To talk smack about a preacher we don't know. A church we don't know anything about. To give your side and no one else's. BW, that is CNN.

Your assumption is "open wound." Those are the traits of a gossiper.

Ask the source before making assumptions.

I already plainly said that a sermon about Israel and Exodus does not include people whom I personally was with and was offended by them. In your case, you are talking about people who personally offended you. It's as clear as day you are writing from offence. Just accept that's the case and don't do it any more. Simple.

Were you personally offended by the UPC preachers you mention in your "diary"? Be honest.

MFBLUME,

Let me explain my stance...

I was in a few services and prayer meetings...

They were speaking about how they want revival...

They stated that everyone needs to pray so God can lead them to a hungry soul...

God then told me to ask them, what's wrong with sharing the gospel with people you pass by everyday...

The place became quiet like a Catholic monastery....

I was in service with them again...

The church hasn't grown...

They said they wanted revival....

Once again they said, "pray so god can lead you to a hungry soul."

I though to myself, did you give heed to what was spoken to you?

It frustrated me that they still had that mindset (Israel).

MfBlume,

Sure, there's nothing wrong asking God to lead you to someone, but isn't the majority of the world lost and hurting?

Should I be asking God to send me to someone when there are plenty people at the grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, etc.?

Lets be sincere. There are many people we can share the gospel with everyday, yet, many neglect because they're waiting for that one person, and in the process they're bypassing crowds of hurting people.

Mfbblue,

Mark 16:15 Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

Does the scripture above instruct us to pray that God sends someone our way to share the gospel, or does it instruct us to go to the people and share the gospel?

I remember I was in a large prayer meeting, ministers, congregants, etc. They began speaking about praying for God to send people their way that they may share the gospel with them. They wanted revival.

Sometimes when God speaks to me, he empties my mind, give me words, or scriptures and a message. As I was standing there, God gave me a scripture and message. I said oh oh, what's going to happen? I braced myself.

All of a sudden, the pastor turned to me as asked that I speak. Here's what God gave me.

Luke 15:8; Or what woman who has ten silver coins and loses one of them does not light a lamp, sweep her house, and search carefully until she finds it?

The coins didn't search for the women, rather, the women searched for the coin, and so we should search for the lost. You want revival. However, revival will not occur just by prayer, but by the efforts you contribute.

It became very quiet in that building and people then confessed that was something they needed to hear.

Again, stop praying that God send you someone, rather, go to them!

Re: *** The Diary of Brainwashed ***

BW, I have passed out lots of tracks, knocked on tons of doors, on the streets, in malls, on my job, everywhere.

There are times when God has led me to a hungry soul, was driving by a store and was impressed to stop and go in and look for a particular person, Clyde, he was born again of the water and Spirit and lived for God till the day he died.

Yes, we are to witness everywhere, but I also pray God will lead me to someone who is white for the harvest.

We work the fields, and God works with us bringing people in.

Once I was sound asleep and God woke me up and sent me to the mall to talk to someone, he leads and guides us.
