I can assure you this is erroneous!!!!!! 
We have some pride in bbq, but ours is different. Not that Kansas stuff though - still there are no sacolet, gumbo, jumblyia, etc. So eat well before you leave.

Sorry, but there is no BBQ in North Carolina.
I do believe they think a Sloppy Joe is the equivalent to a pulled Pork Sandwich.

Good thing I'm a relatively competent cook...I got Cajun food down...least on Gumbo and Jambalaya.
Long as I have a grocery store I'm good.
