Almost all the so called caravan are military aged, foreign funded, well fed males, who are now getting violent with Guatemalan and Mexican authorities for trying to stop their invasion of those countries' borders. These aren't the droids you're looking for.

The Supreme Court has never ruled on Illegal Aliens in this country. The only thing I could clearly see as making sense is the case in 1898, Wong Kim Ark. The court ruled that the children were legal citizens under the 14th Amendment because the parents were "legal" permanent resident citizens.
