He's the question. Would you allow a minister to be your pastor who intentionally lied when he signed it?
funny how standards are emphasized...no mention of salvation or any fundamentals of the Christian faith

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

depending on the attitude of the leadership in ones district, one can do about anything.

in some districts the DS has been known to drive around looking for a "blue hue" coming from the house of pastors in his district, then taking action if it is spotted.

in other districts, one can white out offending parts of the Infernal Document and sign.

I think some have signed "with reservations" or "in protest" or changed the statment to match what they preached and not been taken to task as their DS didnt like the Infernal Document to begin with.

I know MM would not expect me to answer however I will guess ZERO ....

What would it matter to men/women alike who are not UPC have any questions or opinions on the AS? It absolutely blows me away.

Why not talk about something more important to who is not a member i.e. WHO IS GOING TO WIN THE UPCOMING ELECTION?- makes more sense.

According to some in the book, "Christianity Without the Cross":

Some pastors had another person sign it for them because they didn't want to but didn't want to leave the organization either. This was in 92 I believe right when this first came out.

because then what would those not in UPCI have to bash if they didn't talk about UPCI?! Here is one for ya!

Show me the last thread started by a non-UPCI that was a positive UPCI thread.

Come on, give it your best shot
