David Cook definitely came out ahead tonight. His mom and dad did not seem to match - could be why they are divorced. LOL!
I really like David A., but he doesn't have the stage presence that David Cook has. But his voice is great and he seems very humble - probably from living with psycho-dad!
Syesha was a little over the top with the sexy performances - I think she would make a great Broadway star though.
I thought David A. was best on the Billy Joel song. After that, he was downhill.
I agree with Sherri, Syesha should "kill" on Broadway.
And David Cook is the man. I loved that he picked a Switchfoot song for his 3rd song. Switchfoot headlines their fall tour with Third Day, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, and Jars of Clay.

Archuletta does have a beautiful voice. His AI performance even w/ that voice has become repetitious. With guidance, we will be hearing about him on the charts. He reminds me a little of Clay who also has quite a voice. David A has an extremely overbearing father who is no longer allowed to go backstage at AI. I feel for David A, he appears afraid to be himself and just blast those songs out with emotion. It is almost like he is bimboish on tranquilizers or something??????

People.com has a great article from the AI producers as to what actually happened with David A.'s dad...he wasn't actually "banned"...just not allowed to help David in any way regarding song choice, layout, etc. His dad actually has musical and vocal experience, so some think that's unfair.
I think Syesha will go home tonight. David A's vocals are great, but I think David Cook will take it because of age, image, attitude (confidence), etc. He is star material. David A can sing and will get a contract, but he needs some help in the other areas.

I agree with you on this.
They are all 3 so talented vocally, but so very different in singing styles.
David Cook will have hit songs on all the rock stations soon.
Syeshia will no doubt be found on Broadway.
And David Archuleta reminds me of a singer of Celine Dion's caliber. Gorgeous voice, busy touring, but not necessarily someone you'd find being played on the Top 40 radio stations frequently.
