I've never been part of a mega-church, so I'm sure there are a lot of positions I didn't even think of.

I was only a member of one for a short time before we started a church.

It's sounds like to me some mega-church is missing out on having you aboard, You could probably help solve and provide solutions that a mega- church would face, with your gift of practicality.

Music Director - Pianoman! I'd have to bring BHILL on board as the bass "player and resident keep-the-MD-in-line person. StMark for the organist and choir director....Dora as one of the praise singers....I'd want to be part of that praise team, too....

Worship Leader - Not sure...I don't know who sings. I think the worship leader needs to be able to carry a tune, but charisma is equally important for this job.

Drama Director - Rico. With the help of TheMrs, rgcraig, Ronzo & Chewy.

Small Groups Ministry (Cell Groups) - Keith4Him

Young Couples Group - Pressing On. Teaching-wise...I think she has a healthy perspective on what it takes to make marriage and family work, and wouldn't be a fuddy-duddy about sex. (obviously...LOL) ...fun enough to plan some great fellowship, serious enough to plan great teaching opportunities.

Yes! and Vicki gets my vote for being over all orphanage operations-she has the biggest heart for these children she definitely needs to be recognized for all her sacrifice.
