Oh, you know what? I think I'm thinking of Pollo Tropical. That's the one we had that I fell in love with. They even have good Tres Leche. I have seen Pollo Loco, but I don't think I've ever eaten it. I'll have to try it out!

Re: Chick-Fil-A
I have been to 3 in my life.
The 1st be choice, the other two because they were next to the Radio Shack I worked at, and I wanted a coke and it was close.
I am a chicken lover and was not pleased with anything I ordered.
One sandwich I brought back up because it was rock hard, the casher shrugged his shoulders, said sorry and asked; "Next?"
Nuff said

Grilled trout, (Not that farmraised store bought mess, but some wild caught fresh, thick and juicy.) smothered in lemon pepper sauce and some good ol sweet tea so cold and frosty yer fangers git frostbite?
Somebody hold my mule cause I'm gettin hongry all up around my mouth area.

Fast food is generally unhealthy everywhere. But we even have that tofunk.....er, "tofu" here in the south. The above post about food in California reminds me..... there are no "Cracker Barrels" there are there?
Thats the closest thing to good country food I've seen in a chain resteraunt.

Why do you call it sweet tea and not "sugar water with a hint of tea flavor" instead?

Hahahaha, exactly!

Well..... its easier to say "Sweet tea" than "Tea flavored pankake syrup that you drink directly from a glass."
You know its sweet enough when you stir it and the spoon stands up in the glass by itself.
