I just hate to see the word holiness used in association with a bunch of asinine man made tribbel.

Holiness I long for and need, BUT rules can never be made into holiness.

Oh and Yes Justin these and more even more ridiculou are held by Pentecostal churches.

I've been around Pentecost for almost 45 years and some of these standards are absolutely rediculous, needless to say i've never heard of most of them. And I live in hillbilly country.

I actually wish we had a church nearby that had these, or most of these standards. It could be great fun "visiting" and tweaking the members. (I am sure the spirit of the Lord moves MIGHTY in such a place!)

THE worst I've ever heard was a former UPC guy who made his parishoners, as part of a loyalty test during a service, kiss his feet literally. True story. He was an ultra control freak and the real sad thing is some of those poor people actually did it!
