The 3rd hr of the Today show just had a doctor as one of their guests and her topic was sunscreen; What to use, how often to apply , its importance etc.
AND she suggested having your children wear rash guards as sun protection!

So if not for modesty---wear rash guards to avoid skin cancer.
Absolutely. I make my son wear a rash guard, too, because his skin is so fair, he will blister just like I do. I sat at a baseball game Saturday for only about an hour--but my back was to the sun--and I have a terrible burn where the neckline of my shirt dipped down a little. It's been painful all week.

Even if you can't find an adult sized rash guard, there are knit materials that don't hold water, and aren't clingy--wear them over a suit in a dark material, and it'll be almost the same. Usually you can find the right tees in the workout clothes.

This is the only truly effective sun protection you can use.

I'm convinced that some people don't own mirrors. Because, seriously......

The public-at-large has NO desire to see some things! Way too much information.
