Glorifying God; glorify God and he will bless you in your business. "Whether therefore ye eat or drink or Whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God" 1 Corinthians 10:31
I liked all of the answers, but I especially liked these for question one.

I don't think it's EVER possible to not offend someone, sometime, somehow.

People offend easily, regardless of your principles, you can't control how THEY react.

You may be doing the right/perfect thing, with the right/perfect motives, but that doesn't guarantee someone else's perception will be the same as yours.
I understood the question as asking whether one could avoid offense caused by the principles and ethics a Christian brings to the table.

You are right. Some people can and will find some offense irregardless.

Re: Please Help By answering These 3 Questions

My friend has an assignment for a class that he needs help with. He needs to have 5 people answer the 3 questions below.

This is a Business through the Eyes of Faith class at Evangel.

Please answer the question and give a scripture that would support your view. The answers do not have to be any certain length. Thanks for your help.

Just finished reading:
The Missional Entrepreneur: Principles and Practices for Business as Mission
Mark L. Russell

An excellent book which addresses each of those questions in detail

Very brief answers from me, sorry getting ready for sermon in AM, usually prepared far in advance but received call from sick pastor a couple hours ago.
1.
What is more important in business, making money or glorifying God?

A Christian businessman glorifies God by making money.

Sub-theme, nothing can be MORE important than glorifying God.

2.
Is it possible to be a Christian in a secular business environment without offending anyone and without compromising Biblical business principles?

Poorly worded question, it is impossible to BE a Christian without offending

3.
Is it important that those you work with know that Jesus is the source of your strength?

If they don't you are not fulling your primary directive- Go forth and multiply.

The first commandment given in Genesis is just as important to the church.

.
