This is a Business through the Eyes of Faith class at Evangel.
Please answer the question and give a scripture that would support your view. The answers do not have to be any certain length. Thanks for your help.
1. What is more important in business, making money or glorifying God?
|
Ecclesiastes 9:10 - We should do what we enjoy doing - the things that bring fulfillment to our lives. For a believer this will naturally glorify God in the process. If the money comes in, that's great. If not, then you've still led a rich and rewarding life. See also Proverbs 13:7.

Yes, however taking a "short cut" and trading in junk bond derivatives of Government backed and Government mandated mortgage debt will only lead you into trouble - Proverbs 28:20. See also Proverbs 10:23.

Not at first and not necessarily in the short term; but let them hang around for a bit and they'll know. I'm not into "in your face" kind of stuff. Luke 21:15; Romans 16:18-19; 1 Corinthians 14:20; Colossians 4:5.
