visible makeup?
No visible makeup on platform guidelines,

now how does one interpret that?
visible from the audience?
visible from the pulpit?
visible standing right next to you?

just a thought.

I would assume they mean nothing with color that's not normally on your face. Like skintone foundation would be ok, but not colored eyeshadow. Just my thoughts.

Sounds like foundation or powder is okay, as long as it's well blended. Nothing else, I'd assume.
