I'm sure my husband would disagree with you here. While I'm sure he might forgive me for some indiscretion or bad judgment (but not without some heated discussions), I'm pretty certain he couldn't get over an actual infidelity. One time would be one time too many.
I've read that men in general have a more difficult time forgiving adultery than women do.
