and for the record NO...I do not believe in worldly dances...it seems everything I say gets repeated in other circles in a different light...however those that know me well know I would not be promoting something ungodly...

For a quote on this I believe there is a quote in A.D. Urshan's book about dancing being evil, I don't remember the exact quotation but that was the tone of it.

So you would stop your kids from dancing around the house or the yard? Moving to music at all? You don't ever groove to your favorite upbeat music? That's extreme. I'm not in agreement that all dancing is inappropriate. I dance around the kitchen all the time, by myself or with the kids.
And you probably consider yourself to be "apostolic"?
You need to repent of that carnality!(especially if any of its choreographed)

Spontaneous expressions of joy are blessed. (You can be happy and still be holy)
Choreographed movement set to music is carnal
Who says? Where do you get such ideas from?
And did you know MANY of the dances Jews performed (including, most believe, David's infamous garment-casting dance, was a rehearsed, familiar dance to all)?
