For those who leave the "mothership" or at least the motherships doctrines, I have made an observation.
Most of their children seem to wind up moving even further away from what I consider truth, (
Acts 2:38), and wind up like most "orthodox" Christians.
It seems the first generation away holds on to the
Acts 2:38, One God message, but not the second generation.
This is a general observation and I can point to exceptions, but has proved true in at least 90% of these cases.
Sadly, some of these second generations are some of my nieces and nephews.
