If the Sanford Police Dept had done their job correctly, then this case wouldn't have gone in this direction.
With all of the questions unanswered, it is IMPOSSIBLE for zim to be a free man while awaiting the grand jury, if everything had been done, "by the book".
We have a dead, unarmed, 17 yr old boy-- shot by a man who already has a criminal record, but the Sanford PD, "took his word for it." PUUHH-LEEEZE!
Usually, when you take a person's life, you are incarcerated and if the grand jury says not enough evidence, then the perpetrator is released.
Too many questions? He should be incarcerated until the facts are made plain.
That's how it works for other accused murderers. zim was never charged with anything in this case to date because the investigation was never performed properly from the begining.
Was zim tested for alcohol or drugs? No, but his dead victim was.
The 13 yr old who said it didn't look like zim was defending himself-- ignored.
Martin's girlfriend's statements-- ignored.
The local police didn't handle this properly at all.
