Glad you quoted Acts 2:40. Luke says those who believed AND were baptized were 3,000. Luke didn't count how many people spoke in tongues. That's pretty damaging to thee 3 step doctrine.

And the Bible records that 3,000 obeyed what they heard...
Act 2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

What must we do?
