OK, I'll spell it all out. The two brothers trades their shoes. Brother one wears brother two's shoes, and brother two wears brother one's shoes. Then they run as fast as they can.

Clear enough? No? OK, the first brother to get to the faraway kingdom will win the king's kingdom because his own shoes, on his brother's feet, will be the slowest.
