Also, I saw on a video that the insurance will cover all contraception but Hobby Lobby will not have to pay for it. Not sure how that works. I wonder if an employee were able to purchase the coverage out of their own pocket as an additional coverage not covered by Hobby Lobby??

Hobby lobby will be charged the same rate as before and the insurance company will just have to show on paper that it is t going toward the things hobby lobby doesn't want to pay for. So they will take money from some other location and pay for the coverage and then the money hobby lobby is paying will go back to tht location that the money was taken from.
The decision really doesn't do much at this point in time except force the insurance company to track hobby lobby's money on paper
