A future exclusive new covenant kind of does an injustice to the "respecter of persons" scriptures.

Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:

Romans 2:10-11 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
11 For there is no respect of persons with God.

James 2:9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
