I personally believe that there can only be one Pastor over every local congregation.
I find it interesting and not sure where it came from, how nowadays there is a pastor for everything.
I saw a website that had a Lighting Pastor, Ministries Pastor, Evangelism Pastor etc...
Everyone else except the Pastor is just help.
Because we are all ministering under his eldership.
Whether the Pastor gives us authority to baptize, marry, lay hands, teach, preach, or counsel.
There is only one man accountable to God for that local congregation.
It's not a matter of lording, it is a matter of responsibility.
