Who is paying hundreds of dollars for a suit? I got like 4 and only one of them even cost over 100.... If a person CHOOSES to pay way too much for their clothing that is their deal... not mine.

Relax man. I dont care if someone wears a suit. Im COMPARING the absurd travesty of thinking someone who wears a beard is rebellious because of the "hippies" when suit wearers look just like MANY types of worldly people.

Does YOUR CHURCH teach if a man wears a beard he is rebellious? That he may not stand on the sacred "platform"? I hope not.

I personally like wearing suits to church. I have worn sweaters and just slacks and a dress shirt many many times. Don't know where you all go to church but I've never been so much as looked down upon because of my apparel. I don't want to wear blue jeans to church, so I won't. If you guys CHOOSE to be around people who are legalistic and what not that is your CHOICE. I have been in the UPCI my entire life.

Well if you wear suits or things similar to what everyone else does of course they would not look down on you. But if I chose to wear my normal attire (blue jeans or the like) would I be looked down on? And really I quit worrying about if FOR MYSELF decades ago.

My concern is for people who love God who are wanting to attend a Oneness Church....then find out the MAJORITY of them teach such absurdities that its sinful or "rebellious" for a man to wear a beard OR for a woman to trim her hair.

They are looking for something deeper in God and they get hit with such nonsense. THATS my concern.
