Of course that is really only the beginning and most "one steppers" believe that water baptism is very important and that all Christians should want to do it as it is something Jesus felt was important enough that he himself did it and all Christians should want to identify themselves with the Lord through the act of baptism.
We just don't condemn people to hell if they have not done that yet.
