Nah. I don't do outbound type calling anyway. All the work I do is people calling me, which makes people think that gives them the right to be as nasty as they want. Every now and then, when someone gets to cussin and carrying on I transfer them to the "hook" department.
At least I don't have to put up with them when they really lose it.
