Conservatives are doing this same thing, only without the video. Steadfast has some daughter churches, doesn't he? My brother wants to open daughter works in St. Louis. Do you think those churches will not be under his authority? It's the same concept, only with video instead of live preaching. Trust me, it's a lot easier for the campus pastor!!
Some men have a real gift of administration or mercy, but they are not the best pulpit guys - or maybe don't even feel called that way. This is a great opportunity to use their gifts to their greatest advantage.
