Garlic Mashed Potatoes
(Not for the ones watching calories!)
Cut off the tops garlic and drizzle w/olive oil. Roast at 450 for about 30 minutes or until brown. Squeeze into the potatoes before mashing. Add 8 oz. cream cheese, butter, whipping cream, salt (important that you have enough salt) and pepper.
Beat until fluffy!
