What do you "have" to eat on New Year's Day?

In our family is has been required for generations that on New Year's Day you must eat sauerkraut. For good luck in the New Year, ya know

So we're having Reuben Sandwiches for supper tonight.

How about the rest of you? Any traditions in your group? Do you adhere to them?
