Exactly. They refused to believe. That is why Jesus said that generation was worse than any other. Sheba traversed the world to see Solomon's glory, and these folks would not cross the street to see a greater than Solomon. Ninevah accepted Jonah's preaching and repented, even though Jonah wanted to see them dead, and these people saw the earnest desire of Jesus to see them saved and they still rejected a greater than Jonah.
