Put the fridge in a room with the open door part in the door jam facing the rest of the house. Open a window in that room for the heat exhaust. Put a fan in front of the fridge door to blow the cool air to the rest of the house.
Block the front exhaust under the fridge so it is forced out the back...there you go :-)
