I think YC is for the most part what it needs to be, a lot of these kids come from smaller churches with not a lot going for the youth. So, in that setting, I don't have a problem with it being mostly hype and excitement, the kids need to get fired up. But then they start to grow and mature in their relationship with God, and their needs should change.
I am never comfortable with putting down other denominations or the typical "the whole world is going to hell, but we are right, bless God" types of statements that I hear at a lot of events.

I agree about YC. not only that., they have added a lot of classes
in the daytime that they didn't have years ago which i think brought
good balance.
