That is key. Not many of us would want to be in a church where we might be for a long time (10/20/30 years?) but knowing we wont be able to be used or develop our God given ministry in that church.
(That's not good for them, nor for the Kingdom of God)
That's an angle they have to seriously consider before they commit to this church.
