OK, here goes:
So you're on a forum, having a great discussion, and then somebody on the thread says one of the dumbest, stupidest, most irrational and imbecilic things you've ever heard in your life.
What's the best way to handle it:
A...Blast them on the forum and tell them their remark was unbelievably stupid?
B...Send them a PM asking them how they could make such a boneheaded comment?
C...Whisper a word of prayer and ask the Lord to just touch their mind?
D... Ask them a sarcastic question like: "Do you happen to work on rockets for a living, by any chance?" ?
or
E... Shake your head, cover your face with both hands, and just cry?
Disclaimer: I am not saying I've ever seen anyone say anything boneheaded on AFF. There are, after all, lots of forums out there so... I wasn't necessarily referring to AFF with this post. Any similarities between the topic/content of this post, and the stuff seen on AFF is purely coincidental.
