We all have our own personal "frame of reference" from which we draw on to help in our decision making processes as we eperience life.
I alluded to this earlier, but maybe it was the will of God this guy was shot.
After all, if God really wanted him dead, it could have easily happened here. However, it didn't.

But let's just say the cops do catch this innocent driver who has had enough of the idiots. What do you charge him with? I know what comes to mind immediately.
There would be absolutely NO JUSTICE at all if this guy was to be caught.
So I hope he isn't.
