within the last 5 years I ministered at a church...whose pastor is well known in the UPCI...and during the worship service he got out a bucket of koosh balls(those squeshy rubber balls) & nerf balls. And started throwing them at people who were not performing/worshiping up to his liking. When the people would get hit with the balls they would jump, run, roll...you name it. It was VERY disturbing. When my wife had to duck out of the way to avoid being hit....she decided that she would rather "enjoy" the service from the nursery.
I got the feeling that this was a semi-regular event. I can honestly say that as I sat on the platform I started praying that there would NOT be visitors there. I can't imagine what God....or a lonely hurting sinner thought of that display.
