I never said Spirit FILLED people experience this. I believe FILLED by very definition implies there are degrees. Fullness disallows this to occur. Paul told the Ephesians to be filled with the Spirit. They already were Spirit baptized. So why did he say this? It is because one might have the Spirit of God but is not filled with it. The same people, including Peter, who were filled on the day of Pentecost were FILLED AGAIN in
Acts 4. Again, this implies the same principle I propose about Spirit filling.
But the inflection in the context of Paul's words to the Ephesians speaks of being fully influenced by the Spirit of God through full yielding to Him. That disallows any chance for anything evil to work. But without that full yieldedness to the Spirit of God, there are opportunities the devil can work on until one has yielded to sin so much that a spirit can enter.
So, having the Holy Ghost is not necessarily being filled with it. And we must understand man is spirit, soul and body, and only the Human Spirit is born again and one with His Spirit when Spirit baptized. The SOUL is not a phyiscal place any more than the human spirit is. And the soul is the mind. Our minds can be dark although we have the Spirit of God in our spirits. And the enemy finds "place" in anything that is darkness. Darkness does not mean a spirit is there, but it could lead to it.
