I love to wear to suits and ties,but to me as long as one is dressed modest and presentable when they attend congregational fellowship,I'm ok with that.
Most people prefer dressing up some more casual to me being modest and presentable is the main thing.
Of course non church folk might come to fellowship wearing anything,I would rather look beyond their fault and see their need.
