I do believe there's an exclusive club - those that put their faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of the Living God and are living for Him with all their hearts. I believe you have to repent, and that includes changing your life completely - not just easy greasy grace. But I don't think everyone who hasn't been baptized exactly by our formula or who hasn't spoken in tongues will be lost. I just DO NOT see that in Scripture.
However, because of the revelations that we know, we are required to baptize in His name and we are required to teach our people about the Holy Ghost baptism for empowering their lives. The vast majority of people in our church have received the Holy Ghost - over 50 in the past few months. I do believe we will be held accountable for teaching those that are under us the truths that we know and believe.
God is so much bigger than my finite mind. I don't have Him all figured out yet.
