I got this in an email today. The person who sent it said it was from a preachers internet forum. Is this the forum your talking about? The tone of the message worried me.
Quote:
The ‘Invitation to Disarm’ is becoming ‘A Call to Arms’
“Enough! I'm just not going to hold my peace anymore!”
I’ve heard it from no less than 6 preachers the last few days who are upset over certain things being preached in camps, statements being preached in conferences and meetings being held.
Ironically, these aren’t ‘nobodies’ but District Youth Presidents, Presbyters, District Youth Secretaries and prominent ministries. One of my ‘boys’ called me from preaching a camp where he was so upset that when I answered the phone his ‘greeting’ was a guttural cry through a crackling voice that said, “Brother *****, just tell me I better love this truth! Tell me this truth is worth dying for still!”
I make this prediction today… and don’t mind saying it openly… this whole ‘invitation to lay down our arms’ is going to end up biting those pushing us towards carnal social Christianity; The ‘Invitation to Disarm’ is going to become a ‘Call to Arms’ for a bunch of sincere young men!
One of the catchphrases is ‘Sir, we would see Jesus’. Mind you, I believe that verse in the Bible. However, many of those proclaiming it are saying, “Let’s see Him without these ‘issues’ in our way’. Brethren, without holiness NO man is going to SEE him!
We better keep these important issues… issues!
But this perpetual, pestering, disdain for separation being hurled around by a few prominent names is going to create an army they didn’t expect to fight. I genuinely feel that we’re going to see a bunch of 25 to 40 year old men stand to their feet and say, “NO MORE! ENOUGH! You’re not pushing me back any further and, rather, I’m going to fight harder than ever to protect what others are throwing down!”
Brethren… mark my words… this ‘Invitation to Disarm’ by a few compromising voices is going to create a ‘Call to Arms’ for an army of truth loving, passionate young Preachers.

A picture of a sniper rifle was in the email with the words 'locked and loaded' over it along with "those guys (who have a disdain for separation) are putting a target on their chest."
