You've been given good advice.
Just a comment, as a rule semi-gloss is used because it's so washable; ie kitchens,bathrooms and "kids" rooms.
I wouldn't jump on the semi-gloss if the walls aren't perfect. The semi-gloss will highlight the imperfections.

I'd suggest eggshell or flat enamel if I was speaking with a customer.

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. However, even without her artistic workings, the walls aren't perfect. LOL!
