Since the initial question is about disadvantage in the NBA and the follow ups appear to be playing off of that question I have to assume all of these questions are concerning the NBA.
First... I'm not a good person to answer this question as I have zero interest in sports whatsoever... but I would not think that any of these groups face any disadvantage from ever being competitive in the NBA.
The driving force in any sports franchise is money & winning.
If you have talent... nothing else matters. They want you. They don't care if you are black, brown, green, yellow or pastel.
Talent is what they want and there are no disadvantages to a talented sports figure.
